2006 calendar

Inspired by their namesakes in Britain (and the 2003 Calendar Girls movie based on their project) these Coastal Carolina women "of a certain age" decided to bare "just a little more" of themselves for Safe Harbor Farm and their Kindness Clinic for Cats & Dogs.

The 2006 North Carolina Crystal Coast Calendar Girls calendar features the women posing tastefully with a variety of dogs and cats, many of whom are "rescue" animals and all of whom have interesting stories. It was the intent of the women that the animals be the stars of the show, and each month includes a brief bio of the animals pictured.
